Payment

Payment is required upfront so that I can source your quality ingredients, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Your payment reserves your pickup date, too! Win-win for both of us!

No Show = No Macarons

Macarons are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed-upon pickup time forfeits your order. If you need to reschedule for a different time, no problem! Please reach out 24 hours prior to your pickup time.

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer a refund as supplies have likely been ordered for your custom macarons.

Once macarons are picked up, I am not responsible for any damage to them. Please inspect them prior to leaving.  They will also have a macaron care card attached for proper storage until your event.  

Macarons are very delicate, please handle them with care.  I want you to love them, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return the macs within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit will be given for a future order.

Delivery Clause

All orders are assumed pick-up in Slidell. Delivery can be an option if you live within a reasonable distance of Slidell (I-12/I-10 route of Hammond, LA - Gulfport, MS) for a small fee or waived for an order of 2 dozen or more.

Inspiration

Thanks a ton for sharing those inspo pictures!  It's very helpful.  However, your macarons will not be a perfect replica. Each batch is hand piped and much like art, is open to uniqueness. Colors translate differently from device to device and I cannot guarantee exact color matching.

In a Hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 3 days will require a rush fee of $15.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs, which means I am unable to honor older pricing, Quotes will be good for 14 days. After that, they are subject to new pricing.

Product Photography

Macarons are photographed and added to my portfolio. If you do not want yours in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me!

Colors and lighting may be slightly different in photos than what you end up with.

Cottage Food Laws

This order is made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the local or state health department. My kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.

That said (it's the law, I'm required to), I am meticulous with baking in my kitchen and assure you your orders are handled with the very best of care.
